About The Position

The Task Lead manages all contract operations for the MARFORSOC PR/SERE Program at Camp Lejeune, ensuring delivery of high-quality SERE instruction and training in accordance with all programmatic, operational, and compliance standards. This leadership role oversees scheduling, resource management, performance assessments, and mission execution, serving as the primary interface with the Government COR and technical representatives. The Task Lead directly impacts the readiness and safety of US Marine SOF personnel.

Requirements

• Possess/maintain Secret clearance
• Ability to obtain/maintain CAC/SIPR token access
• U.S. Citizenship/Residency required
• Proficient in English (verbal/written)
• Strong communication and teamwork skill
• BA/BS (any field) OR PgMP certification OR 10 years SOF/PR/SERE experience with 5 years as certified FSLC SERE instructor
• Minimum 18 months program or contract manager experience (managing 20+ instructors)
• Minimum 5 years leadership as Section Lead (SE or RE) for SERE/SOF high-risk training
• At least 6 years as SERE Instructor at a DoD FSLC SERE school (3 with USSOCOM FSLC SERE Course)
• Must be Resident expert in PR/SERE Instruction (incl. PR303, SERE350, SERE370, SERE360 or verifiable experience)
• Meets all requirements for SERE Instructor and Section Lead
• Compliance with NAVMC 1553.2 physical standards
• Meet HRTI and OF-178 instructor physical fitness standards
• Ability to operate in outdoor/austere conditions and participate in high-risk SERE training
• Must be able to work extended/flexible hours and fulfill role-play requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all contract personnel, activities, and deliverables
• Act as principal Government liaison
• Ensure 100% mission readiness and quality compliance
• Develop/implement training schedules, resource plans, and surge response
• Mentor/coach instructional team; fill in for instructors/Section Leads as needed
• Track/report deliverables, expenditures, and training progression
