About The Position

B&A is seeking a Task Order Project Manager who is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of one or more complex task orders, ensuring alignment between technical delivery, schedules, and contract requirements. This role serves as a key liaison between internal leadership and government stakeholders, supporting the Program Manager while driving performance, coordination, and delivery across all aspects of the task order.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required
  • OR additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Background in IT, consulting, or related fields preferred
  • Strong project and task order management capabilities
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and organizations
  • Experience managing complex technical or IT-related efforts
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics
  • Problem-solving and risk management experience
  • Active Secret clearance

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of assigned task order(s), ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope
  • Support the Program Manager in coordinating with the Contracting Officer (KO), Task Order Managers, and government stakeholders
  • Oversee implementation of technical solutions and ensure alignment with contractual requirements
  • Monitor project schedules, performance, and milestones to maintain delivery timelines
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and customer agencies
  • Address risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact execution
  • Ensure overall operational and technical performance meets government expectations
