Requirements

• Open to recent graduates who have an undergraduate in business and/or have taken tax related courses in law school.
• Must be licensed or able to become licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio
• Fiercely competitive, self-directing, and self-starting.
• Fast-paced multi-tasker who thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Fearless and decisive, not hesitating to initiate contact with and pursue new prospects without referrals.

Responsibilities

• Represent high-profile for-profit and exempt organization clients in complex transactions.
• Partner with the tax practice group on federal tax planning, significant transactions, & controversy matters.
• Collaborate closely with partners and leadership in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
• Help build and grow a best-in-class tax law team.
