Tax Technology Advisor, ITTS, Transfer Pricing - Intercompany Effectiveness (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1690926), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Atlanta, GA. Work with cross-teams of Operations, Finance, and Tax Leadership to help enable companies to record their intercompany transactions efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with regulatory and local tax laws. Advise clients on operational transfer pricing, with a focus on all elements of operating model for transfer pricing, including processes, controls, organizational design, data, and technology. Provide the effective and efficient execution of intercompany pricing across the intercompany lifecycle (price setting, transacting, monitoring/adjusting and documenting). Support client technology systems and processes used to facilitate the intercompany life cycle and execute internal controls of transfer pricing processes. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Policy, Tax, Law or related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Policy, Tax, Law or related field, and 4 years of related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a PhD degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Policy, Tax, Law or related field and 2 years of related work experience.
  • Must have 2 years of experience in intercompany accounting, transactions, or transfer pricing at a professional services firm, or a mid-size/regional to large size/national public accounting firm.
  • Must have 2 years of experience with calculating or posting journal entries for intercompany transactions.
  • Must have 2 years of experience working with master data, involving at least one of the following: entity codes, chart of account, materials, product groups, or cost centers.
  • Must have 2 years of ERP experience, including data modeling, building reports, defining and documenting user requirements.
  • Must have 2 years of experience in at least one of the following: Microsoft Visio, Power Pivot, Power Query, or Power BI.
  • Must have 2 years of experience advising clients on technical aspects of transfer pricing, financial reporting, and/or data analytics, as well as experience with general business issues including: sharing, relating and communicating technical and business knowledge across clients without violating confidentiality.
  • Must have one of the following certifications: - Master’s or PhD degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Policy, Tax, or Law; and/or - Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), American Society of Appraiser's Business Valuation Certification, Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or a foreign equivalent within 1 year of hire.
  • Requires international travel up to 10% to serve client needs.
