The Twin Creeks Specialty Host will be responsible for assessing the dining room for table availability and maintaining overall table assignments, rotations, and guest flow in the dining room. Will work to coordinate flow of traffic and maintain wait times. Also responsible for assisting to prepare daily floor plan prior to opening, check condition of menus, maintain cleanliness, organize host podium, promote specials and other duties as assigned. A minimum of 6 months’ previous experience is preferred in a fine dining establishment.
