About The Position

The Student Resource Center (SRC) is a Tier 2 support center for students who are struggling in core content. In addition to the duties of a classroom teacher, the SRC teacher will: build relationships, motivate, and directly support students who are struggling in core content areas coordinate programming, curriculum, and support for the Student Resource Center. be organized and have general knowledge of a variety of academic content. work with struggling learners and their families with the goal of connecting and providing structure and relevance. work closely with core content teachers and Student Services staff to support SRC students.

Requirements

• ISBE Professional Educator License with high school endorsement(s) appropriate to the position

Nice To Haves

• Endorsement in Math preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
