Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare.
• Flexible and ready to shine during business hours.

Nice To Haves

• Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.

• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment
• Support children’s growth through play, structure, and exploration
• Work alongside a collaborative teaching team
• Build meaningful relationships with families
• Encourage positive behavior and social development
• Help plan a balanced, fun daily schedule

• Collaborate with your team to craft engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons.
• Cheer on kids’ interests, step in for safety, and turn play into learning adventures.
