The Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas invites applications for a full-time non-tenure track Teaching Assistant Professor of Finance position which begins in the Fall 2026 semester. The employee is expected to teach courses at undergraduate and graduate levels, primarily focused on financial data analytics, financial technology, and investments at the Department of Finance, with a teaching load of 12 credit hours (4 courses) per fall and spring semester. Participation in academic research and service duties are expected as well. This is an in-person position. Most University classes are offered face-to-face and this role requires regular on-campus presence to support high-quality instruction and student learning. Participation in selected departmental or programmatic activities that advance teaching quality and student success is also expected, consistent with the responsibilities of non-tenure track faculty as defined by the academic department. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
