We are seeking a results-driven Manager to join Meta’s Mid-Market Business Group, leading a sales team focused on growing advertising revenue and driving product adoption. In this pivotal role, you will motivate, coach, and develop a team to deliver exceptional client experiences, consistently achieve sales quotas and key performance indicators, and foster a supportive, client-centric environment. Leveraging AI-powered insights, automation, and advanced data-driven strategies, you will identify new opportunities, optimize sales processes, and ensure operational efficiency through effective pipeline management. You will build strategic relationships with C-level clients, collaborate across teams, and communicate market needs and performance to leadership, all while promoting accountability, adaptability, and a high-performance sales environment within your team. You will stay ahead of vertical and product trends, using creative thinking and cross-functional expertise to develop scalable solutions. You will identify well informed sales strategies and drive clarity, focus, and accountability in an ambiguous environment. Supporting Account Managers, you will build relationships with key partners both internally and externally. Clear communication of business goals and informed decision-making will drive impactful outcomes.
