Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for our Community Support Team to provide clinical leadership and supervision to team members serving adults with mental health needs. The CST Team Lead conducts assessments, oversees implementation of person-centered plans, and ensures quality clinical interventions while supervising team members.
Requirements
- Licensure as LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent in North Carolina.
- Experience in clinical supervision and community-based services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing evaluation and treatment planning for persons served.
- Provide clinical supervision and manage team schedules.
- Ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices and motivational interviewing.
- Participate in crisis response and on-call duties.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
