About The Position

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED FOR TEAM LEAD DELIVERY PROCESSING:

Assign daily tasks to staff.
Prepare delivery tickets.
Note comments on the ticket.
If any ticket has a credit hold, get with the manager to take care of the
balance.
Dispatch with drivers and invoice tickets as stops are called in.
Upload same day deliveries for warehouse.
Run special orders report and make calls as necessary.
Launch pick lists for warehouse.
Oversee Delivery Processing staff when Corp. Delv Process. Mgr.
is not
present.
Other duties as requested by management.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR TEAM LEAD DELIVERY PROCESSING: Ability to repetitively
use arms, hands and fingers; operate computer equipment and programs; ability to
communicate effectively with team members; positive attitude when working with
customers; knowledge of employment and merchandise handling, and safety
procedures.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: To successfully perform the essential functions
of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping,
kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, typing,
hearing/listening and repetitive motion.

Heavy Work: Lifting up to 20 lbs. occasionally.

Work Environment: Indoor climate-controlled environment.
