Requirements

  • Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in controlling.
  • Experienced in leading teams.
  • Demonstrated experience acting as a business partner to management, providing financial insights and support.
  • Experience with budgeting, financial planning, investment analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee specialized or general controlling operations of a team of qualified Professionals and Coordinators, for an organizational unit assigned.
  • Act as Business Partner and respond to management queries relating to the financial control environment.
  • Oversee adherence to controlling standards and processes, and prevent inaccuracies in reporting by setting up processes.
  • Oversee day-to-day controlling and financial analysis operations including collection, collation and reporting of relevant information.
  • Oversee planning, monitoring and reviews of unit's budget, and provide as well as comment on actual vs. plan reports.
  • Analyze, prepare, approve and review unit's investments and expenditures and provide respective reporting.
