Ensure full compliance with safety policies; identify hazards, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions. Lead daily production to meet schedule targets, minimizing downtime and maximizing yield. Allocate tasks based on operator skill levels and ensure smooth workflow throughout the shift. Communicate quality deviations, complete all shift documentation, and support operations planning. Perform routine and non-routine sampling of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Ensure all products meet established quality standards and maintain QC equipment functionality. Manage non-conforming products in alignment with SOP requirements. Train new and existing operators across all processing units while maintaining trainer certification. Support staff management activities such as scheduling, absenteeism follow-up, recruitment, and daily shift briefs. At IFF, we make joy through science, creativity and heart. Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in food-grade manufacturing or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of GMPs, HACCP, allergens, and quality assurance principles.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and perform under pressure.
• Skilled in collaboration, conflict resolution, and adapting to change.
• Proficiency in mathematics for problem-solving, data analysis, and process optimization.
• Experience executing SOPs and training employees; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience supervising staff in manufacturing, including shift coordination and operator development.
• Strong communication skills to guide teams and present operational performance data.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Proven success, improving operational efficiency or reducing downtime.
• Additional certifications in quality, safety, or manufacturing operations.
