Requirements

GED or High School Diploma
3-5 years of work experience in a related field
Kennis/Lean Manufacturing Principles
IT skills: mastery of MS Office and ERP system
English language
Kennis/Good manufacturing Practices

Responsibilities

Leads, coaches employees and ensures optimal staffing in a qualitative and quantitative sense.
Ensures a well-functioning team, conducts individual (assessment) interviews, (preventive) absenteeism counselling and ensures a pleasant working environment where the core values of DORC are observed.
Together with the department, realizes the planned production according to the required qualitative and quantitative standards, within the budget and (annual) plan for the department and makes proposals for this.
Ensures a culture of continuous improvement, makes proposals from the department, takes care of implementation.
Registering deviations in products, processes and systems and taking measures to prevent recurrence.
Ensures the correct use and maintenance of tools, measuring instruments and equipment and gives advice for improvement.
Reporting, analyzing various production KPIs and adjusting the process where necessary.
Takes care of the final inspection of finished products and sub-assemblies and is authorized to approve production orders.
Responsible for Compliancy within the department by implementing company and work regulations for safety, quality, training (up-to-date training files) and environment.
