Join Sud Stop Car Wash as a Team Lead and play a key role in driving sales, growing memberships, and delivering standout customer experiences. Requirements

1+ year of leadership experience in sales-driven environments (car wash, retail, hospitality, or service-based businesses preferred)
Proven ability to coach teams to sell and deliver great customer interactions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Basic computer and POS system experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales goals, including memberships, upgrades, and add-on services
Actively engage with customers to promote wash packages and subscriptions
Support the General Manager in achieving budget, revenue, and performance targets
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows, high standards, and strong customer conversion
Track performance, provide real-time coaching, and reinforce sales best practices
Maintain inventory, follow company policies, and resolve operational or customer issues quickly
Build a positive, high-energy culture focused on results, accountability, and customer loyalty
