We’re currently looking for a driven, competitive, and hands-on Team Leader to help grow our Pittsburgh market. This is more than a sales role you’ll lead from the front, mentor developing sales consultants, and help scale a high-performing door-to-door sales team in one of the fastest-growing industries.

Requirements

• Experience in door-to-door (D2D) or direct sales
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading, coaching, or developing a sales team
• Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front by actively participating in door-to-door energy sales
• Recruit, train, and mentor new Energy Sales Consultants
• Drive team performance and maintain high daily activity levels
• Support the Sales Manager with initiatives that improve team productivity
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the customer base
• Ensure your team consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales targets
• Foster a competitive, positive, and high-performance culture
• Promote and represent the Mpower Direct brand and mission
