Responsibilities This posiiton is located at Clovis Community Medical Center. Lead daily Environmental Services operations, ensuring team coverage, quality outcomes, and timely response to patient and departmental needs. Monitor assignments and serve as an on-the-floor resource to maintain quality and support training, safety, and process improvements. Provide hands-on support in cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms, restrooms, and common areas to reduce infection risk. Promote teamwork and support a clean, welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Whether working independently or alongside teammates, you’ll contribute to a standard of excellence that defines the Clovis Community Medical Center experience from day one!

Requirements

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate
• 1 year of experience working in an environmental service position
• One of the following is within 1 year of hire or transfer into position CHEST - Certified Health Care Environmental Services Technician by the Association for the Health Care Environment (AHE)
• TCHEST - Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Technician Training Program by the Association for the Health Care Environment (AHE)
• DOT - Department of Transportation for Hazardous Waste Generator preferred
