This position serves to lead a team of security personnel, using IT systems for access control, site patrolling, emergency responses, report generating, incident investigation, and all other standard security duties in the protection of persons and properties of Southeast Health. The person in this role assists in distribution of daily duty roster, daily briefings/roll call, and holiday management. Team Leader assists to enforce compliance with policies, procedures and protocols of local, federal, state laws as well as Southeast Health facility standards. Team Leader assists in the audit of security practices, and processes.
