At The Picklr , our Full-Time Team Members play an essential role in creating an energetic, welcoming environment for every member and guest who walks through our doors. The Picklr is more than an indoor pickleball facility - we are a community hub where people connect, compete, and have fun. As aTeam Member, you are the face of the club. You help create a positive first impression while ensuring every visit is smooth, professional, and engaging. This is a hands-on, people-focused position that blends customer service, hospitality, recreation, and light operations into one dynamic role. Whether you're a student, professional seeking supplemental income, or someone who enjoys an active environment, this role offers flexibility and opportunity.
Requirements

- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset are essential
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sports, fitness, or recreation is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet members at the front desk
- Manage check-ins
- Answer phones
- Assist with league and lesson scheduling
- Provide tours to prospective members
- Explain membership options
- Process payments
- Support retail and merchandise sales
- Assist with event setup
- Help maintain a clean, organized facility
