Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor front-end associates to provide consistent, high-quality customer service.
• Oversee checkout operations, including processing returns, refunds, and financial transactions.
• Maintain a clean and presentable front-end area at all times.
• Assist with store operations as needed during busy periods, evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.
• Promote a positive and safe work environment for all associates.
