Requirements

Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Lead by example, be trustworthy and dependable.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Ultrasonic measurement equipment is preferred

Responsibilities

Review passdown log for issues from previous shifts.
Daily inspection of all equipment (destruct guns and non-destruct equipment.
Conduct daily PM’s on equipment.
Destruct parts using destruct guns.
Perform Ultrasonic Inspection using Tessonic equipment.
Inspect product to requirements defined on teardown documentation (Weld / Sealer / Pushout Map) and ensure customer expectations are met.
Communicate all quality issues with product to Quality Shop Floor Coordinator, Quality Technician and Area Team Leader / Supervisor.
Perform other duties as required.
