Job Description As a Business Analyst, you will support the Oracle CRM and Regulatory support teams by gathering requirements, shaping work into clear deliverables, and ensuring solutions meet business needs. You’ll work directly with business partners to assess opportunities, understand and document use cases, and connect needs with technical capabilities. You will have responsibilities in helping to identify business cases and project budget estimation and helping keep financials, planning information, and PMO documentation aligned. This role blends analysis, coordination, communication, and operational support, all within a modern development environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, product support, project coordination, or technical analyst role.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Proficient with Jira (boards, issues, and backlog grooming).
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical groups.
  • Experience supporting planning, budgeting, or operational reporting.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable work items.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and process management.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle CRM development concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into clear, concise technical requirements.
  • Create and manage Jira epics, stories, acceptance criteria.
  • Support sprint planning by maintaining backlogs, facilitating refinement sessions, and coordinating scope and sequencing.
  • Work with stakeholders to explore opportunities for support application solutions.
  • Help connect business use cases with existing platform capabilities and tools.
  • Facilitate discussions that clarify value, feasibility, and priorities.
  • Learns new domain by collaborating with business and technical teams.
  • Understand core development patterns and application workflows to support effective communication.
  • Ensure requirements, tasks, and dependencies are well-defined for developers and solution engineers.
  • Support documentation of processes, decisions, and solution overviews.
  • Demonstrates breadth and depth of business analysis techniques and tools for use case modeling, data modeling, and process mapping.
  • Learns new domain by collaborating with business and technical teams.
  • Participate in process redesign and support including using tools, responding to user questions, problem diagnosis, recognition and solutions for process improvements, research, troubleshooting, tracking and resolution.
  • Assist with financial updates, forecasts, and budgeting information for the team.
  • Ensure alignment with PMO processes and reporting expectations.
  • Support light coordination activities such as timelines, milestone tracking, and resourcing updates.
