Requirements

  • Genuinely technical professional capable of building AI agents end-to-end and navigating various LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) without significant hand-holding.
  • Proven track record in a SaaS customer success or account management role with a sharp focus on commercial growth and expansion rather than just support.
  • Highly adaptable communicator with a technical or science degree (CS, Math, Physics) who thrives in fast-paced startup environments where the playbook is still being written.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net revenue retention of 140%+ by identifying new use cases and upselling AI agent solutions into diverse enterprise departments.
  • Lead technical onboarding and enablement independently, ensuring customers are deeply engaged with V7 Go’s multi-modal AI toolkit without constant engineering support.
  • Design, build, and present custom AI agent workflows to VPs and stakeholders, demonstrating verifiable AI logic to solve complex compliance and accuracy challenges.
