Position Title: Technical & Administrative Operations Supervisor Reports to: Administrative Operations Manager Responsibilities Deliver 452 Hospitality to ensure a memorable experience with every interaction. Responsible for management of all unit technical support requests from submission through resolution. Leads troubleshooting efforts for POS and system issues in a fully cashless environment. Attends regular support calls with HQ teams to provide updates and collaborate on solutions. Facilitate communication across departments to resolve technical issues quickly. Leads technical and system training for all in-unit staff. Conducts routine maintenance on technical equipment. Maintains accurate inventory of all technical equipment and admissions supplies. Remains knowledgeable of and supervises in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal laws. Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment. Uphold and demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and procedures. Perform the steps of SSA EXTRA Guest Service to ensure a memorable experience for every employee, guest and client. Works quickly and efficiently to reconcile discrepancies in cashless transaction reports. Supports onsite Management team with administrative duties including training programs, documentation, uniform inventory and communication. Assists management with major financial reporting including Gross Sales, OFR, and Sales by Stand. Supports business operations in absence of Controller or when required. Administrative or operations leadership experience preferred. Technical troubleshooting experience preferred. Must be 18 years or older. Vacation or Time Away From Work (TAFW) plan: up to 144 hours based on tenure.
