As Technical Alliance Manager you will play a crucial role in advancing the growth of GN and Jabra by promoting the integration of our distinct solutions with key alliance partners, such as Microsoft and Zoom. This position emphasizes aiding co-development projects and facilitating pre-sales and post-sales support to promote business expansion. The team you will be part of: You'll join the 22 knowledgeable individuals who sit globally in the Strategic Alliances department. Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or another applicable field.
  • 5+ years in technical alliance management, technical pre-sales, or strategic business development.
  • Deep understanding of the UCaaS and video collaboration landscape — Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to align product strategy and partner roadmaps
  • Commanding executive presence with a notable capability to engage effectively across all organizational tiers — from engineering to executive leadership.
  • Technical fluency in AV and IT infrastructure; understanding of AI-powered collaboration tools.
  • Skilled at cross-functional project management and storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the global evangelist for Jabra + Microsoft/Zoom integrated solutions — internally and externally
  • Communicate joint roadmap status to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Craft and deliver compelling technical narratives that elevate our differentiation.
  • Equip global field teams and channel partners through scalable technical enablement, demos, and documentation
  • Track and report on activations, partner performance, and solution deployment impact.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Zoom and Microsoft for internal teams and support major customer deals.
  • Resolve joint customer friction points in partnership with the Support and Engineering teams, facilitating continuous CX improvements
