As a Technical Associate Product Owner on the Wellness team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions. Our team is dedicated to improving and developing new features and functionalities that align with supporting our first responders and enhancing their user experience. You will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into actionable tasks for the engineering team, ensuring that the product evolves to meet the market’s needs. This position is remote. This is done through working in these areas of focus: Effective Requirement Gathering and Documentation (40%) Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives Write clear and detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, stakeholder input, and alignment with the roadmap. Measurement: Quality and clarity of user stories documented Stakeholder satisfaction with requirement documentation Timeliness in updating and maintaining the product backlog Active Participation in the Agile Process (30%) Engage in all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Facilitate communication between the engineering team and stakeholders. Adjust and refine user stories based on feedback and any changes to requirements. Measurement: Effectiveness in assisting with facilitating agile ceremonies Team feedback on communication and collaboration Ability to adapt to changes and update documentation promptly Support Engineering Team for Successful Delivery (30%) Provide clarifications and answer queries from the engineering team regarding requirements Work closely with developers to ensure understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria Identify and address any impediments that may impact feature delivery.
