Requirements

• Expert in ServiceNow platform (ITSM/ITOM preferred)
• Significant experience in at least two process areas within ServiceNow
• Strong development skills on the ServiceNow platform
• Recognized expertise in relevant technical areas
• Ability to articulate architectural trade-offs
• Strong integration skills with third-party tools
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• High attention to detail and project awareness
• Self-starter with problem-solving capabilities
• Willing to travel at least 25%

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Architect and design complex solutions
• Create written deliverables for project documentation
• Facilitate client demos and working sessions
• Conduct integration design sessions
• Facilitate client workshops as a process expert
• Act as an escalation point for project teams
• Influence team members and stakeholders on new concepts
• Maintain and obtain relevant certifications
• Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales cycle
• Deliver thought leadership to internal teams and clients
• Communicate effectively with external customers on complex issues
• Craft innovative solutions for client requirements
• Drive consensus among customers on complex solutions
• Coordinate projects that address future technologies
