Technical CRM Project Manager (USA)
About The Position

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the development and management of project plans for CRM integration projects within HubSpot. From start to finish, you will be involved in every aspect of the project, including discovery, implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations. Your expertise will be crucial in managing project scope, assessing requirements, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects. To enable our teams to work synchronously, this role would be best suited for someone based in Central or Eastern time zones.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, or similar field.
- Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working on systems integrations / CRM implementations projects.
- Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training.
- Have an unwavering passion for driving results and making things happen.
- Approach problem-solving with a keen analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, successfully navigating complexity and embracing change.
- Excel in forming strong interpersonal connections and possess remarkable resourcefulness.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
