Requirements

  • Preferred 2+ years of related work experience.
  • Experience with Oracle applications.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support, ideally with software licensing.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technical tools and resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and customers.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and dedication to delivering exceptional technical support.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or engineering field.
  • Experience working specifically with construction technology or wireless field systems.
  • Experience with GNSS, Surveying, and/or Robotic Total Stations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical consultant for field engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and debug sophisticated software and hardware integrations.
  • Troubleshoot 2D models, 3D models, and point cloud data.
  • Drive product evolution by identifying and reporting design and reliability trends directly to our engineering teams.
  • Empower our community by developing high-level documentation and knowledge-sharing resources for cutting-edge field technology.
  • Manage and resolve complex issues related to product licensing and provisioning.
  • Conduct thorough problem analysis and prepare detailed reports on recurring technical trends for cross-functional teams.
