Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Director to join our team! In this role you will get to lead highly skilled technical team and drive technical strategy across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
15+ years experience within Cybersecurity and Expert in AI.
10+ years experience leading teams.
Prior Experience in Military and USCC
Developed AI Tools and in depth knowledge of AI
Expert in SAFe and experience in large PI events.
Expert in Title 10
Prior SIGINT Experience
IAT Level 2 or 3 Certifications.
Advanced presentation skills
Superb oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail, making decisive decisions
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Create and update technical strategy.
Ensure strategy alignment across organization.
Document technical vision and compare it to the current state.
Develop a roadmap to transition from current state to future state.
Oversee and develop Technical team.
Lead technical volumes of proposals, ensuring responsiveness and clear discriminators.
Supports Business Development and Capture Strategy activities.
Assists with customer engagements by developing briefings that highlight company differentiators.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends.
Identify solutions, services, and best practices to keep team at the forefront of innovation.
Engages customers and technical team.
Leverages strong relationships to influence decision-making and strengthen customer trust.
Builds and refines a high-performing technology organization.
