This will include handling Network and Voice related alarms/incidents as well as handling inquiries from customers, vendors and third parties that are part of the Atos NG911 ecosystem.

Staff must be willing to work within a shift schedule. Nights and weekend shift days are mandatory as part of shift schedule to provide 24x7 coverage.

Team members work four 12 Hr Days and then has 4 days off before next shift.

Staff must be in the Continental United States.
