The role of Technical Lead Consultant is to lead and manage projects from a technical perspective. Oversee and delegate project assignments and deliverables. Provide quality control, peer review and constructive feedback on project assignments. Prepare experts for meetings, depositions, trials, mediations and preparation of technical reports including presentations associated with the projects. Work in collaboration with other project team members. The TL is expected to be able to perform the same duties as a TC. Lead and manage assigned projects from start to finish. Be a mentor and leader to other team members: TAs, TCs, PCs, PMs. Collect, Review, Understand, Analyze, and Summarize documents and information Participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more disciplines. Attend regular team meetings and offer expertise, insight, and recommendations for project improvement. Ensure project guidance and contribution amount is adequate and maximizing PFCS success/profitability. Report all project activity and status to Project Expert. Act as a mentor to other practice area and project technical staff.
