About The Position
We’re hiring mechanically inclined Machine Operators who want a hands-on technical role with a fast path into Technician 1. This is not a basic push-a-button operator job you’ll learn real machine setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- People who enjoy problem-solving and hands-on technical work
- Candidates wanting advancement into Technician roles
Nice To Haves
- Experience with machines, extrusion, or plastics preferred
Responsibilities
- Run and adjust modern production equipment
- Perform set-ups, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting
- Support technicians during repairs and process changes
- Follow technical work instructions, safety, and quality standards
- Record downtime, scrap, and production data
