Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of technical, safety, hygiene, and compliance standards applicable to buildings and infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of maintenance processes, renovation projects, and asset management.
  • Ability to manage complex technical projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and balance technical requirements with social considerations.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a structured approach.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders and external partners.
  • Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Public Works, or Infrastructure Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the management of infrastructures, buildings, housing, or residential facilities.
  • Position based in Marrakech.

Responsibilities

  • Define and oversee the strategic framework and standards related to infrastructure, housing, offices, and associated services, in alignment with the Group’s ESG and social strategy.
  • Develop reference frameworks and standard specifications for permanent housing, temporary residences, vacation homes, and catering services, translating these standards into operational requirements.
  • Design and monitor technical and functional studies related to buildings, infrastructure, and associated services, including construction, renovation, layout, and preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Lead the deployment of standards and initiatives across all sites by supporting and equipping operational relays, ensuring consistency, quality, and harmonization of practices.
  • Supervise compliance of buildings and services with regulatory requirements and internal standards, and recommend continuous improvements to enhance quality and employee well-being.
  • Monitor ESG and social indicators related to infrastructure and services, prepare reports, and contribute to budget planning as well as internal and external audits.
