About The Position

Inside the Role The Product Marketing Analyst will support the On-Highway Product Marketing Team by taking a lead role in developing and auditing marketing content and supporting sales enablement tools for the on highway product portfolio, including Cascadia and eCascadia. This position partners closely with marketing and sales teams to create targeted marketing materials, with a strong focus on maintaining and enhancing sales enablement resources. The successful candidate will build and apply deep product knowledge to ensure accurate, effective product messaging and positioning across DTNA’s dealer network through product education initiatives. The ideal candidate is resourceful and creative, with proven experience in cross functional collaboration and alignment. Requirements

  • BS/BA and 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Be self-driven, work proactively and possess a can-do attitude
  • Be flexible and resilient, with a willingness to pivot depending on market or DTNA needs or external events
  • Possess strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Possess strong presentation skills and be comfortable with high-exposure opportunities
  • Be customer (internal and external stakeholders) focused
  • Be willing to learn and communicate technical details of DTNA on-highway truck product
  • Build internal cross-functional network - brand management, training, segment strategy, product strategy, sales, CAE, service, controlling, etc.
  • Be willing to travel up to 10% of the time

  • Final candidate must successfully complete a criminal background check
  • Final candidate may be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Create and audit sales enablement materials, including Features Advantages Benefits (FAB) sheets, brochures, training decks, etc.
  • Manage integration of product information with SpecPro data book codes.
  • Process Truck Invoice Adjustments (TIAs) related to approved marketing programs.
  • Manage corporate inventory, following necessary processes to prepare units for sale.
  • Collaborate with New Truck Pricing and Controlling to set pricing and post units on the Corporate Inventory website.
  • Communicate requested details with interested parties up through invoicing and delivery.
  • Support collaboration with Vocational and Detroit Product Marketing as needed to refine messaging.
  • Support marketing truck and trade show strategy development; represent DTNA at trade shows and other industry events.
  • Act as point of contact for internal (sales, etc.) and external (dealers, customers) stakeholders for current, released product information.
  • Develop product presentations and present, including product “walkarounds”, to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations on marketing truck requests, availability, and scheduling.
  • Manage marketing truck loan agreements, including short loan approvals and long term loan agreements, tracking timing for renewals and initiation loan renewal process.
  • Documentation and scheduling of On Highway Product Marketing team deliverables, trade shows, Go to Market activities.
