About the position

We're seeking a Technical Marketing Manager with a passion for systems thinking, digital transformation, and applied AI to drive demand and scale our go-to-market engine. This is not your average marketing role. You'll be part technologist, part strategist, and part builder—delivering solutions that empower business development teams, connect data systems, and use AI to target the right opportunities with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Architect an AI-powered lead scoring system that helps prioritize OEMs who actually need our specialized capabilities.
  • Integrate Salesforce, Pardot, and Airtable into a seamless marketing ops stack that delivers a clear view of lead status, content engagement, and follow-up paths.
  • Partner with marketing personnel to implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies across our key intervention categories.
  • Automate delivery of technical collateral (spec sheets, case studies, process diagrams) so BDs always have the right asset at the right time.
  • Lead predictive modeling initiatives to identify prospects with high purchase intent.
  • Expand AI use cases beyond marketing: partner with cross-functional groups to deploy AI tools that improve efficiency, compliance, and data utilization.
  • Scale our expertise through intelligent content recommendation engines.
  • Develop interactive, 3D product experiences for use at trade shows, webinars, and sales demos.
  • Build a content system that functions as a digital sales engineer.
  • Ensure all marketing experiences reinforce Cirtec's technical depth, speed-to-market advantage, and proven execution across the full product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years in technical marketing, product marketing, or solutions marketing, preferably in medical device, contract manufacturing, or complex B2B tech.
  • Strong understanding of AI, predictive analytics, or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Airtable, Tableau, etc.).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute ABM strategies and integrate cross-platform marketing systems.
  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, quality, and commercial teams to align go-to-market execution.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers, procurement, and C-suite stakeholders.
