About The Position

As a Technical Product Manager, you will lead the development of autonomous AI agents and personalization engines. This hands-on role involves using low-code platforms and technical expertise to rapidly iterate on features that directly improve patient recovery and engagement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a combined product management and software engineering role with a history of shipping consumer products.
• Deep technical proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node) and experience building with cloud infrastructure and Large Language Models.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move fast in a hybrid Foster City environment and a passion for healthcare innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-driven personalization engines that dynamically tailor patient treatment plans based on real-time engagement patterns.
• Build and refine autonomous AI agents using low-code platforms to guide patients through their therapeutic journey seamlessly.
• Lead A/B testing and data-driven experiments to optimize product growth, patient acquisition, and long-term clinical retention.
