About our team: We are working on automating financial processes in our Colombian office. You will own and drive internal processes with CFO initiatives that improve and automate daily workflows for finance and IT/Tech teams. The role focuses on building back-office automation, streamlining operational processes, and designing pipelines to intake and process documents from multiple internal systems and external vendors. This is a cross-functional role with no dedicated product team. You’ll work closely with multiple teams, navigate unclear ownership and legacy processes, and turn messy, manual workflows into structured and automated solutions. Challenges that await you: End-to-end management of the product’s technical backlog Managing time-constrained cross-product projects Developing and maintaining the project roadmap, considering resource and timeline constraints Prioritizing tasks in conditions of high uncertainty and limited resources Implementing and monitoring product and project success metrics Risk management, timely identification, and mitigation of bottlenecks Ensuring transparent communication between business and technical teams
