The Technical Product Manager, Specialist leads technical product management activities for multiple technical products, or one strategic technical product. This role involves participating in the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience, and coaching technical product teams towards best practices and learnings. The manager ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary. Additionally, they partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner, supporting and driving escalations where required to enable rapid delivery. The role also includes leading the planning, development, and implementation of new technical products, defining and analyzing technical markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and creating implementation plans. The Technical Product Manager employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience and participates in ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities. They also engage in the team’s engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment, and participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years related work experience.
  • Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
