About the position

Fashion Nova is building a top talent technical product team to support its next phase of growth. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering teams to evolve the Shopify-based eCommerce experience and build data-rich tools to enable internal teams to maximize their performance.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the daily operations of the product teams, analyzing workflows, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines.
  • Create, manage, and prioritize product road map in alignment with business goals.
  • Lead product execution from vision, through delivery, and iterating on next steps.
  • Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
  • Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, and others to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and various business functions to deliver new products.
  • Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
  • Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers and key stakeholders to distill down into actionable requirements.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations and project scope throughout the delivery process.
  • Prepare and review operational reports and project progress reports.
  • Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.
  • Lead product development ceremonies (Daily Stand, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Facilitate Retros, and any Architectural Discussions).
  • Measure and review data to develop improvements and build new features.
  • Evaluate technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Technical Product Manager or a related position.
  • Experience in eCommerce/Retail, Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Inventory Optimization Systems.
  • Experience leading cross-functional meetings such as WBRs, QBRs, and Annual Plans.
  • Experience delivering on complex internal/external platform problems with high ambiguity.
