About The Position

Home Solutions is seeking a motivated and strategic Technical Product Manager to join our Product team. In this role, you will support the development of backend technical capabilities that enable our revenue operations tech stack to scale and support new partners, channels, and delivery models. You will partner closely with Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations to help execute product strategy, ensure scalability, and deliver reliable, high-quality experiences that support our mission of making homeownership easier and more enjoyable. Success in this role is built on developing effective working relationships with key stakeholders and driving efficient scale of existing and new platforms. You should maintain a clear, well-prioritized product backlog aligned to business needs that keeps the team on-track and on-time to key milestones, and develop a deep understanding of our business goals and relevant tech stack.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or higher, within Business Administration, Engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing digital platforms or products.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and product management software.
  • AI-forward mindset; curious about using emerging tools to automate workflows and enhance insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-starter mindset with a high personal bar for quality, accountability, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform and partner-facing capabilities with clear alignment to business objectives.
  • Continuously assess market trends, user feedback, and business opportunities to drive innovation and product differentiation.
  • Own the product from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and iteration.
  • Drive the continued adoption of modern AI tools within our product strategy and execution to enhance efficiency and performance of our product stack.
  • Prioritize and execute enhancements, bug fixes, and new feature development in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the lead distribution platform, ensuring optimal performance and revenue generation.
  • Analyze platform performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve system efficiency and user experience.
  • Develop and execute rigorous test plans to ensure platform reliability.
  • Act as the primary liaison between engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from internal and external stakeholders to shape product development.
  • Conduct regular product review meetings, presenting updates, insights, and recommendations.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of platform usage, performance data, and user feedback to identify trends and opportunities for product optimization.
  • Implement and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead post-launch evaluations to measure the impact of changes and identify areas for further refinement.
