The position involves installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying equipment. The candidate will perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. Responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating products and related performance, troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time, and ensuring effective customer communications and relations. The role may also involve providing onsite training of customer support personnel.
