As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.

Nice To Haves

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in exploratory data analysis, scripting, automation, release management, identity management, and product management.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the Gemini release process.
Monitor and advance progress through downstream approvals and release processes.
Maintain and enforce access control for GenAI assets.
Implement technical automation or process improvements to enhance release processes and strengthen the reliability of release systems.
Manage communication with internal partners and stakeholders regarding release status.
Facilitate workflows across teams to ensure smooth process execution.
Develop and maintain process documentation.
Create and deliver process training.
Contribute to continuous process improvement.
Manage communication channels and information distribution.
Contribute to the identification and resolution of system issues.
