A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. As The Information Assurance and Compliance Technical Program Manager, you will help establish an organization-wide Information Security (infosec) program throughout Quantum AI. You will be defining and enforcing information assurance and compliance standards and processes across workstreams in the organization, drafting and organizing policies, conducting outreach and training and addressing strategic infosec priorities. Specific sub-projects of focus will include contributions to time-sensitive product workflows, third-party data sharing initiatives and export control regulations. You will require close collaboration with engineering, product, and compliance teams from Quantum AI and the broader Alphabet ecosystem to ensure all information assurance requirements are met in order to help unlock near-term, high priority research and business opportunities. The full potential of quantum computing will be unlocked with a large-scale computer capable of complex, error-corrected computations. Google Quantum AI's mission is to build this computer and unlock solutions to classically intractable problems. Our roadmap is focused on advancing the capabilities of quantum computing and enabling meaningful applications.
