About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead delivery for strategic initiatives in the data engineering and machine learning space. This role requires strong Agile expertise, technical delivery leadership, and the ability to align execution with business goals.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Technical Program or Project Management
• Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, and flowcharting tools (e.g., Miro, Visio, Lucidchart)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
• Proven ability to work across matrixed teams and complex delivery environments

Nice To Haves

• Certified CSM and/or CSPO preferred

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple products aligned to the Data Engineering & ML platform roadmap
• Champion Agile best practices—guide, coach, and mentor Scrum teams
• Track and manage resource allocation, schedules, backlogs, risks, and cross-functional dependencies
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to define and communicate quarterly scope and milestones
• Drive backlog management in Jira and oversee issue triage processes
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and enforce continuous improvement
• Manage program-level reporting and ensure visibility across internal stakeholders
• Handle change requests, release communication, and issue resolution
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity
