About The Position

Purpose of the Position: The Technical Project Administrator for Custom Programming Group will manage various CPG projects, communicating with internal and external customers to ensure expectations regarding timelines, requirements and deliverables are adequately planned and mutually agreed to by all parties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Mobile App Implementation/Set Up/Configuration Verify and complete Mobile App implementation by required Time Frame. Work with key internal McLeod employees associated with the Mobile App projects. Verify Fire Wall settings / Port configurations have been completed/working. Responsible for all Implementation and coordination of Mobile App projects from start to Go Live for both New Customers and Upgrade Customers. Verification and testing of completed Mobile App projects prior to notifying the customer. Triage/Resolve Mobile App support requests. Work closely with Mobile App developers and give feedback on app functions. Test and reproduce reported issues to determine the cause of the issue, document the issue and report it to developers where appropriate. Participate in documentation and reporting for ongoing analytics. Install and test McLeod’s Mobile App Suite. API Implementation/Set Up/Configuration Assist customers as they develop their own Integrations or projects with the McLeod API. Assist with sales and integration consults prior to purchase and/or development. Setup and Configure McLeod API and Communicate our API implementation and support process with customer. Act as a Technical Resource for McLeod API Module to support customer post purchase. Assist with identifying and testing potential API calls for customer integration needs. Answer database/data flow and application logic questions and assist with API syntax. Work directly with customers' developers or third-party developers. Review customer’s API calls to assist with issues or help them troubleshoot. Create and provide Postman Collections when requested. Work with API product team on new functionality or endpoints requested by customers. Work with McLeod API team to identify and address product fixes and enhancements for the API products.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing customers with software project administration, required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with SQL, Mobile Communications, 3rd party interfaces and APIs, required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with McLeod Software's Product Suite, a plus.
