About The Position

As a Technical Project Analyst Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across all stages of product development and management. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product conceptualization, development, launch, and post-launch enhancements. Your work will include conducting market research, analyzing data, and supporting improvements to ensure ADT's products meet customer needs and market demands.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with graduation between December 2026-August 2027
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Excel, or PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly
• Interest in both technology and business impact; you enjoy connecting the 'why' and the 'how'

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dashboards or automation tools
• Completed coursework in technical or project management areas
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to support cross-functional teams in resolving issues and navigating ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing project plans, status reports, and post-launch evaluations
• Collaborate with teams to support product development and launch activities
• Support the design and launch of small-scale pilots, including scoping requirements and defining success metrics
• Research and propose improvements to existing workflows tools or processes
• Support post-launch enhancements, including defect resolution and process improvements
