We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Technical Project Lead to support this critical transformation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, understands the complexities of government operations, and is passionate about improving public services. Role Description: As a Technical Project Lead for PermitSF, you serve in a key project leadership role and support the implementation of permitting software and associated business process improvements across multiple city agencies. You will work closely with permitting staff, department leaders, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of project milestones, facilitate decision-making, and promote adoption of new workflows and tools.
