The Technical Project Manager will serve as the primary operational bridge between the Business Unit and the centralized Service Organization (Field Service Engineering, Customer Technical Support, and related shared-service teams). In a matrix environment, this role ensures the BU’s priorities are clearly represented, service performance is transparent, and customer experience is consistently delivered at the level expected. The role leads cross-functional implementation efforts, drives service readiness for new products, and maintains alignment across R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and shared service teams. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Product Technical Support and is part of the Global Product Technical Support (GPTS), responsible for Service of the Microbiology product line located in West Sacramento, CA and will be an on-site role.
