As a Technical Project Manager III in Commercial & Investment Bank - Payments Technology team, you will produce engaging, original, and on-brand material across digital platforms (social media, websites, video, blogs) to increase brand awareness and audience engagement . Key duties include researching trends, scripting, and writing copy to drive traffic, with a strong focus on analyzing performance metrics and optimizing content. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and creativity
  • Proven work experience as a content creator or in a similar role
  • Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve
  • Technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Generate daily, high-quality, and engaging content (written, video, image) tailored for platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas, staying updated on trends to ensure content resonates with the target audience.
  • Actively manage social media channels, including community interaction, posting, and monitoring engagement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goal s
  • Jira/Confluence knowledge is a plus to report metrics and build roadmaps
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle
